Simple, quick and spicy food – an exceptional combination of the taste of the Orient with Czech or Moravian cuisine :).
Side dish: baked or American potatoes, fries or light pastry.
Ingredients:
• pork (chop, leg…)
• solamyl (potato starch)
• Worcester
• ketchup
• onions, oil, salt, pepper, chillies
• some horseradish (not absolutely necessary)
Lightly pound the meat (if we have it as slices), salt, pepper and cut into strips, which are then wrapped in solamyl. Also prepare a diced onion (one medium-sized onion per portion).
Then we briefly fry it in oil and immediately after that add the onion. As soon as it becomes glassy, sprinkle with Worchester (10-20ml per portion), fry briefly and add ketchup (about 2-3 spoons per portion), a little chillies, stir, let it heat up for 2 minutes and we’re done.
It’s ready within 15 minutes of lighting the stove. Before serving, we can lightly sprinkle with grated horseradish.
